It does not belong on the \u201cbrilliant pages\u201d of history, although it follows them: the Hungarian Revolution of 1956. These pages do not recite the dreadful tale either, although they are not lacking in the horrors that are so familiar in our region. Furthermore, the story should not be seen as part of the great narrative of national victimhood, despite listing some well-founded reasons for it.
