The work represents the first phase of a larger plan<\/a>\u00a0that foresees the restoration of the entire synagogue complex, including the Rabbi\u2019s house, courtyard, garden, and fence. Work on the synagogue is expected to be completed by the second half of 2021, while the Rabbi\u2019s house should be completed by spring 2022.<\/p>\n

The restoration is being carried out by the company VM Construction F\u0151v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3 Kft, within the framework of the KRAFT program, working to plans by the architecture firm Tripartitum \u00c9p\u00edt\u00e9sz M\u0171hely Kft.\u00a0KRAFT is a regional development program<\/a> that includes economic, municipal, and academic actors that work together for the development of small and medium-sized cities. The K\u0151szeg-based Institute for Advanced Studies (iASK) coordinates activities in its\u00a0KRAFT center<\/a>.<\/p>\n
