{"id":21450,"date":"2021-04-28T09:21:23","date_gmt":"2021-04-28T07:21:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archive.iask.hu\/hu\/?p=21450"},"modified":"2021-04-28T09:26:16","modified_gmt":"2021-04-28T07:26:16","slug":"retrospective-the-beginnings-of-the-kraft-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.iask.hu\/en\/retrospective-the-beginnings-of-the-kraft-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Retrospective &#8211; The beginnings of the KRAFT project"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 id=\"c845\" class=\"oBOnKe\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal;\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"hu\" data-phrase-index=\"0\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5908 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/archive.iask.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/kraft_logo_rgb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"744\" height=\"309\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.iask.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/kraft_logo_rgb.jpg 744w, https:\/\/archive.iask.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/kraft_logo_rgb-300x125.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 744px) 100vw, 744px\" \/><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We can find interesting news in the archives of the Institute of Advanced Studies K\u0151szeg (FTI-iASK), which launched the KRAFT program. 10 years ago professor Ferenc Miszlivetz explained the\u00a0 essence of the Creative City &#8211; Sustainable Countryside program (KRAFT) at the conference of the New Reform Age in the Hall of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Let us recall the most important of what was said on 24 February 2011:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;If we consider Szombathely, K\u0151szeg and the settlements that can be connected to this axis, including the Austrian territories, then the size &#8211; hundreds of thousands of people &#8211; is enough for the concept of &#8220;Creative city, sustainable region&#8221;. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The essence of the concept is that it envisions development not in the form of direct capital investment, but in creativity, in the knowledge-based economy, in human resources. All of this is boosting the economy together. Part of it is, among other things, contact, social, trust and network capital, how livable the countryside is.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Both Szombathely and K\u0151szeg have a very serious creative past, on which they could build, and if this region could be connected to the Austrian, economically spinning areas, it could start the development of the whole of Hungary. Future examples are the GYSEV Liszt train, the idea of the Iseum and the Roman bath in Szombathely, the historical siege days in K\u0151szeg and the solar car being built in the \u0150rs\u00e9g.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>10 years ago professor Ferenc Miszlivetz explained the\u00a0 essence of the Creative City &#8211;
