A projekt el\u0151seg\u00edti, hogy a partnerek azonos\u00edtani tudj\u00e1k a k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges helyi nevezetess\u00e9gek t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1t c\u00e9lz\u00f3 leghat\u00e9konyabb m\u00f3dszereket az innovat\u00edv elemz\u0151 eszk\u00f6zt\u00e1r, az ismeretek sz\u00e9les k\u00f6r\u0171 megoszt\u00e1sa, illetve a k\u00f6z- \u00e9s mag\u00e1nszektorbeli \u00e9rdekeltek k\u00f6z\u00f6tti kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3 jav\u00edt\u00e1sa r\u00e9v\u00e9n. Ilyen m\u00f3don megfelel\u0151en fel lehet t\u00e9rk\u00e9pezni a helyi \u00e9s region\u00e1lis potenci\u00e1lokat, illetve neh\u00e9zs\u00e9geket, majd belefoglalni az alkalmas szakpolitikai keret kidolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1ba, amely \u00faj autentikus \u00fatic\u00e9lokat hivatott kiemelni \u00e9s poz\u00edcion\u00e1lni. A nemzetk\u00f6zi partnerek k\u00f6z\u00f6tti egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s f\u0151 eredm\u00e9nyek\u00e9nt 8 cselekv\u00e9si tervet dolgoznak ki azon politikai eszk\u00f6z\u00f6kre (ERFA operat\u00edv programok, fejleszt\u00e9si \u00e9s marketing strat\u00e9gi\u00e1k) ir\u00e1nyul\u00f3an, amelyek a kiv\u00e1lasztott helysz\u00edneket seg\u00edtik abban, hogy elismert \u00e9s megfelel\u0151en kiakn\u00e1zott kultur\u00e1lis javaik r\u00e9v\u00e9n integr\u00e1lt \u00e9s akt\u00edv szerepl\u0151kk\u00e9 v\u00e1ljanak a region\u00e1lis turizmusban.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Az FTI-iASK \u00e1ltal megc\u00e9lzott politikai eszk\u00f6z: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A KRAFT program a magyar korm\u00e1ny h\u00e1rom k\u00eds\u00e9rleti region\u00e1lis fejleszt\u00e9si szakpolitik\u00e1j\u00e1nak egyike, amely a hat\u00e1rmenti kis \u00e9s k\u00f6zepes m\u00e9ret\u0171 v\u00e1rosok fenntarthat\u00f3 fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9re ir\u00e1nyul. A hagyom\u00e1nyos region\u00e1lis \u00e9s v\u00e1rosfejleszt\u00e9si gyakorlatokkal szemben a KRAFT program integr\u00e1lja az \u00fagynevezett \u201epuha\u201d t\u00e9nyez\u0151ket (kult\u00fara, identit\u00e1s, \u00f6r\u00f6ks\u00e9g) \u00e9s azok hat\u00e9kony kezel\u00e9s\u00e9t a \u201ekem\u00e9ny t\u00e9nyez\u0151kkel\u201d, ide\u00e9rtve az infrastruktur\u00e1lis, energia\u00fcgyi, \u00e9s kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3s h\u00e1l\u00f3zatokat, illetve a gazdas\u00e1gi fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1got. A KRAFT tov\u00e1bbi \u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sa, hogy azonos\u00edtja \u00e9s felhaszn\u00e1lja a vid\u00e9k- \u00e9s v\u00e1rosfejleszt\u00e9si t\u00e9nyez\u0151k egym\u00e1st\u00f3l val\u00f3 f\u00fcgg\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9n alapul\u00f3 szinergi\u00e1kat, ez\u00e1ltal megfelel\u0151en felt\u00e1rja azokat a felt\u00e9teleket, amelyek az \u00faj komplex region\u00e1lis v\u00e1ros- \u00e9s vid\u00e9kfejleszt\u00e9si strat\u00e9gi\u00e1k v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9gesek. A magyar korm\u00e1ny a KRAFT program el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel \u00e9s annak m\u00e1s hat\u00e1rmenti r\u00e9gi\u00f3kra t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 adapt\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1val b\u00edzta meg az iASK-ot. A Helyi Kultur\u00e1lis Jellegzetess\u00e9gek projekt keret\u00e9ben az <strong>FTI<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>iASK tov\u00e1bbfejleszti a KRAFT programot specifikusan a kultur\u00e1lis \u00f6r\u00f6ks\u00e9gre \u00e9p\u00fcl\u0151 v\u00e1rosi k\u00f6rnyezetre vonatkoz\u00f3an<\/strong>, amely gyakran a legink\u00e1bb \u00edg\u00e9retes fejl\u0151d\u00e9st el\u0151seg\u00edt\u0151 t\u00e9nyez\u0151 a kis \u00e9s k\u00f6zepes m\u00e9ret\u0171 v\u00e1rosok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.
