Sem a h\u00edrn\u00e9v, sem a hatalom, sem pedig az \u00f6nmaguk\u00e9rt val\u00f3 eredm\u00e9nyek nem vetekedhetnek ezekkel a tart\u00f3s \u00e9rt\u00e9kekkel\u2019 – id\u00e9zte Kerekes S\u00e1ndor, a Corvinus Egyetem volt rektorhelyettese Arthur C. Clark sci-fi \u00edr\u00f3t a k\u0151szegi Fels\u0151bbfok\u00fa Tanulm\u00e1nyok Int\u00e9zet\u00e9ben tartott T\u00e9li Iskola elnevez\u00e9s\u0171 konferenci\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

Az \u00f6tnapos tan\u00e1cskoz\u00e1s \u2013 amely az UNESCO \u2019T\u00e1rsadalmi \u00e1talakul\u00e1s-menedzsment\u2019 (MOST) programj\u00e1nak r\u00e9sze – a k\u00f6zbizalom megrend\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9nek vil\u00e1gszerte tapasztalt okait \u00e9s azok megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9nek lehet\u0151s\u00e9geit t\u00e1rgyalta. A t\u00e9ma id\u0151szer\u0171s\u00e9g\u00e9t \u00e9s az \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u00e9st mutatja, hogy a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k – kutat\u00f3k, egyetemi oktat\u00f3k, valamint a k\u00f6zigazgat\u00e1sban \u00e9s civil mozgalmakban dolgoz\u00f3 gyakorlati szakemberek – h\u00e1rom kontinens 25 orsz\u00e1g\u00e1b\u00f3l \u00e9rkeztek a nyugat-magyarorsz\u00e1gi tudom\u00e1nyos k\u00f6zpontba.<\/p>\n

\"\"Jody Jensen, az FTI vezet\u0151 kutat\u00f3ja el\u0151ad\u00e1s\u00e1ban kifejtette: \u201eA bizalom pragmatikus fogalom, de erk\u00f6lcsi dimenzi\u00f3val is rendelkezik. A megb\u00edzhat\u00f3s\u00e1g fontosabb, mint a bizalom, k\u00e9rd\u00e9s teh\u00e1t, hogy mennyire megb\u00edzhat\u00f3ak, kompetensek, \u0151szint\u00e9k a t\u00e1rsadalom int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyei? Ma \u00fagy t\u0171nik, hogy nem k\u00e9pesek egyidej\u0171leg kiel\u00e9g\u00edteni a kompetencia \u00e9s az etikus viselked\u00e9s kett\u0151s felt\u00e9tel\u00e9t, ami a bizalom elengedhetetlen el\u0151felt\u00e9tele.<\/p>\n

A k\u00f6zv\u00e9lem\u00e9ny annak ellen\u00e9re vonta-vonja meg bizalm\u00e1t, hogy az elm\u00falt \u00e9vtizedekben a k\u00e9tszeres\u00e9re n\u0151tt az egy f\u0151re jut\u00f3 nemzeti \u00f6sszterm\u00e9k a F\u00f6ld\u00f6n \u2013 a vil\u00e1g jobban \u00e9l, mint valaha. Ugyanakkor a technol\u00f3gia sz\u00e9d\u00edt\u0151 gyorsas\u00e1ggal fejl\u0151dik, a gazdags\u00e1g koncentr\u00e1ci\u00f3ja csillag\u00e1szati m\u00e9reteket \u00f6lt. N\u00f6vekszik a t\u00e1rsadalmi fesz\u00fclts\u00e9g, gyeng\u00fcl a nemzeti korm\u00e1nyz\u00e1s, terjednek a geopolitikai fesz\u00fclts\u00e9gek, felgyorsul az \u00e9ghajlatv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s. Mindez s\u00falyos k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyekkel j\u00e1r – ide\u00e9rtve a t\u00f6meges migr\u00e1ci\u00f3t is. A bizalom az egyre n\u00f6vekv\u0151 glob\u00e1lis kih\u00edv\u00e1sok \u00e1ldozat\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1lik, a kor\u00e1bbi t\u00e1rsadalmi szerz\u0151d\u00e9s szertefoszlott.<\/p>\n

M\u00edg a bizalom a politikai, gazdas\u00e1gi \u00e9let szerepl\u0151i ir\u00e1nt alapjaiban rend\u00fclt meg, a tudom\u00e1nyba \u00e9s m\u0171vel\u0151ibe vetett hit er\u0151s\u00f6d\u00f6tt.\u00a0 A vil\u00e1gjelens\u00e9g al\u00f3l Magyarorsz\u00e1g sem kiv\u00e9tel: a bizalmi lista \u00e9l\u00e9n a Magyar Tudom\u00e1nyos Akad\u00e9mia \u00e1ll.<\/p>\n

A t\u00e1rsadalmak el\u0151tt \u00e1ll\u00f3 feladat hatalmas.<\/p>\n

So\u00f3s G\u00e1bor, az UNESCO Magyar Nemzeti Bizotts\u00e1g\u00e1nak f\u0151titk\u00e1ra a vil\u00e1gszervezet szerep\u00e9re h\u00edvta fel a figyelmet ebben a feladatban. Egyebek k\u00f6zt eml\u00e9keztetett arra, hogy az UNESCO m\u00e1r megalakul\u00e1sakor, t\u00f6bb mint 70 \u00e9ve felismerte: a b\u00e9k\u00e9nek \u00e9s meg\u00e9rt\u00e9snek az emberis\u00e9g intellektu\u00e1lis \u00e9s mor\u00e1lis szolidarit\u00e1s\u00e1ra kell \u00e9p\u00fclnie.<\/p>\n

A febru\u00e1r 24-28 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt megtartott rendezv\u00e9nyre 2019 ut\u00e1n az id\u00e9n m\u00e1sodszor ker\u00fclt sor, \u00e9s az ENSZ oktat\u00e1si, tudom\u00e1nyos \u00e9s kultur\u00e1lis vil\u00e1gszervezete T\u00e1rsadalmi \u00e1talakul\u00e1s-menedzsment<\/em> programj\u00e1nak t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sa mellett a Pannon Egyetemmel, \u00e9s az ISES Alap\u00edtv\u00e1nnyal val\u00f3 egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sben val\u00f3sult meg.<\/p>\n
