A szervezet a N\u00edv\u00f3d\u00edj P\u00e1ly\u00e1zatra beadott anyagunkat kateg\u00f3riagy\u0151zelemmel \u00e9s eml\u00e9kd\u00edjjal ismerte el.<\/p>\n

A T\u00e1rsadalomtudom\u00e1nyok \u00e9s Eur\u00f3pa-tanulm\u00e1nyok Int\u00e9zet Alap\u00edtv\u00e1ny (ISES Alap\u00edtv\u00e1ny) szellemi m\u0171hely\u00e9ben, Miszlivetz Ferenc elk\u00e9pzel\u00e9sei alapj\u00e1n 2011-ben ker\u00fclt kidolgoz\u00e1sra, majd 2012-ben publik\u00e1l\u00e1sra a \u201eKreat\u00edv v\u00e1ros, fenntarthat\u00f3 vid\u00e9k\u201d (Kraft)-koncepci\u00f3. A Korm\u00e1ny 2014-ben d\u00f6nt\u00f6tt arr\u00f3l, hogy t\u00e1mogatja a Kraft-program, mint \u00faj region\u00e1lis fejleszt\u00e9si strat\u00e9gia K\u0151szeg v\u00e1ros p\u00e9ld\u00e1j\u00e1n koncepci\u00f3 nemzeti programk\u00e9nt t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 r\u00e9szletes kidolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1t, valamint felk\u00e9rte az ISES Alap\u00edtv\u00e1nyt egy megval\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi tanulm\u00e1ny elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re. A megval\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi tanulm\u00e1ny tartalmazta egy \u201eadvanced studies\u201d int\u00e9zet terv\u00e9t, \u00edgy j\u00f6tt l\u00e9tre 2015-ben a Fels\u0151bbfok\u00fa Tanulm\u00e1nyok Int\u00e9zete, amely Kraft-k\u00f6zpontot m\u0171k\u00f6dtet.<\/p>\n

Id\u00e9n \u0151sszel a Fels\u0151bbfok\u00fa Tanulm\u00e1nyok Int\u00e9zete h\u00e9t, a Kraft-programban fel\u00faj\u00edtott \u00e9p\u00fclet\u00e9vel (Benc\u00e9s Rendh\u00e1z, Eur\u00f3pa-h\u00e1z, Festetics-Chernel-palota, Sgraffit\u00f3s h\u00e1z, Szemz\u0151-h\u00e1z, Zwinger \u00e9s Zsinag\u00f3ga) nevezett a Magyar Ingatlanfejleszt\u00e9si N\u00edv\u00f3d\u00edj P\u00e1ly\u00e1zatra.<\/p>\n

Az \u00e9p\u00fcletle\u00edr\u00e1sokkal, gazdag fot\u00f3dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3val ell\u00e1tott p\u00e1lyam\u0171vek elnyert\u00e9k a nemzetk\u00f6zi zs\u0171rit\u0151l a \u201eV\u00e1rosi l\u00e9pt\u00e9k\u0171 fejleszt\u00e9s\u201d kateg\u00f3ria I. d\u00edj\u00e1t, illetve a Kov\u00e1cs Attila Eml\u00e9kd\u00edjat. Az Eml\u00e9kd\u00edj gy\u0151ztes\u00e9t Kov\u00e1cs Attila csal\u00e1dtagjai \u00e9s koll\u00e9g\u00e1i v\u00e1lasztott\u00e1k ki valamennyi nevezett k\u00f6z\u00fcl.<\/p>\n

A Kraft-program egy olyan integr\u00e1lt v\u00e1ros- \u00e9s vid\u00e9kfejleszt\u00e9si koncepci\u00f3, amely a kis- \u00e9s k\u00f6z\u00e9pv\u00e1rosok lehets\u00e9ges egy\u00fctteseit figyelembe v\u00e9ve keresi a kreat\u00edv t\u00e1rsadalmi energi\u00e1k felszabad\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak \u00e9s \u00fajszer\u0171 \u00f6sszekapcsol\u00e1s\u00e1nak m\u00e9g j\u00e1ratlan \u00fatjait. A Kraft-koncepci\u00f3 a m\u00e1r megl\u00e9v\u0151 \u00e9rt\u00e9kekre \u00e9p\u00edt, azokat haszn\u00e1lja fel, illetve hasznos\u00edtja a j\u00f6v\u0151 \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben. Ennek els\u0151, konkr\u00e9t, modell\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 fejleszt\u00e9se K\u0151szeg, amely egyed\u00fcl\u00e1ll\u00f3 \u00e9p\u00edtett \u00f6r\u00f6ks\u00e9ggel, iskolav\u00e1rosi identit\u00e1ssal, nagy m\u00falt\u00fa kultur\u00e1lis, szakmai \u00e9s vall\u00e1si k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gekkel rendelkezik.<\/p>\n
